A Treadmill
Once you have decided which treadmill you would like to purchase
you can place an order over the phone using a major credit card.
Your order will not be processed until both parties have agreed
upon a delivery period.
Shipping
& Delivery
Most treadmills are shipped from our London warehouse. We
can either ship you a boxed unit or we can arrange for inside
delivery & set-up. Upon ordering you will be given an
estimated delivery timeframe immediately, usually 5-10 business
days. For inside deliveries the delivery agent will contact
you directly to set an appointment.
Return
Policy
TreadmillWarehouse.net stands behind every product it sells.
If you are unhappy with a treadmill that you purchased from
us, it may be returned (freight prepaid) within 20 days for
a full refund (less any original shipping and installation
charges). Just call us at 0800-068-9018
and we will issue a Return Authorization#(RA) as well as help
arrange for the treadmill to be picked up. The return shipment
must be freight prepaid and insured against loss or damage.
Service
Procedure
At TreadmillWarehouse.co.uk we also service everything we
sell. To arrange for service, first get the make, model and
serial number of the treadmill. Then give us a call at 0800-068-9018
or use our service request page. We will then make arrangements
for prompt in home service of your machine.
